Cryo Reagents supplies research-use-only compounds with documented identity, purity, and handling requirements. Every product page lists its specifications in full and links the certificate of analysis for the lot in stock.
Every lot we stock is sent to an independent laboratory we commission and pay, which reports identity, purity, and net content for that lot.
Certificates are published against the lot you receive, not a representative sample from an earlier batch.

In-stock orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
A certificate of analysis is only useful if it describes the material actually in the box, and if whoever paid for it had nothing to gain from the number. Cryo Reagents does not manufacture and does not test in-house: we send vials from each lot to an independent laboratory we commission, and publish what comes back against that lot. When stock turns over, the certificate on the page changes with it.
A lot that arrives without a certificate matching its number is not listed. We do not restate a supplier’s figures as our own, and the certificate is passed through unaltered so you can read the traces rather than take a summary on trust.
Storage temperature is published for every catalogue item and printed on the vial. Temperature-sensitive orders ship in insulated packaging with coolant sized to the destination transit time rather than to one fixed standard, and shipments are held back rather than left in a depot over a weekend.
Shipping is within the United States only. Import rules for research materials vary by destination and by compound.

Ordering requires a verified account. Individual and institutional accounts are both supported; institutional accounts record the institution the order is placed on behalf of.

Each product page lists compound name, CAS number, molecular formula and weight, purity, form, size, and storage temperature, with the certificate of analysis for the lot in stock.

Checkout requires an explicit attestation that the materials are for laboratory research use only. The accepted text is retained with your account records.

Carrier and tracking number are recorded on the order and emailed on dispatch. Documentation stays available in your order history.
